All our rooms are furnished to a very high standard with quality beds and furniture, all have remote controlled colour t.v., CD clock radio, hairdryer, hospitality tray, controllable central heating and those little extras that make your stay special.

All of our rooms are ensuite but our superior rooms are larger than the standard ensuite rooms. All of the superior rooms have comfortable bedroom chairs and large colour T.V. and are situated on the first and second floor of the building. The standard ensuite rooms are situated on the top floor and whilst they are smaller than the superior rooms they are not cramped.

ROOM 1 - This is a superior double room or family room which can sleep up to 4 people. This room has bath and shower facilities as well as W.C and hand basin. It has 2 windows one looking onto Latrigg and Skiddaw and the other looking over to Walla Crag
and Borrowdale.

ROOM 2 - This is a superior double room with shower W.C. and hand basin. This room has a view of Skiddaw.

ROOM 3 - This is a large superior room with a large bay window which looks over the town and onto the Borrowdale & Newlands fells. This room has shower, W.C & wash basin. This room also has a King Size bed.

ROOM 4 - Our premier room with bath,shower,w.c.and wash basin. This room has views of Skiddaw & Latrigg to the rear and the Borrowdale fells to the side. It has aking size bedstead, reclining chairs & a DVD player with a selection of DVD's.

ROOM 5 - Standard ensuite double with shower,w.c & wash basin. This room looks onto Skiddaw and Latrigg.

ROOM 6 - Standard ensuite twin bedroom with shower, w.c & wash basin. This room looks onto the Borrowdale and Newlands fells..
